nice price!

i'm interested to see the data on watercooling the chipsets and whether one can get a better bclk. it's been rumored (shamino et al) but i've seen no data. a bump of 10 would be huge in many cases ( 0.22 more ghz for colin's chips)

Ordered from EK early July.

Both versions are now listed, so the 'notify me when this item is in stock' option is now available.

waiting on frozen and sidewinder.

Amaruk have you seen this?

i'm sure there's a workable solution, but it would be nice to have the parts to use right away. tho i think you're using barbs and clamps so it's moot for you. sometimes i would chalk this up to the poster being a noob but joe knows his stuff (tho he needs to use a 45 or 90 degree on the top vreg :D )

i've got a few of these that could be ground down.

probably the corollary to the above is that when you get your block and set it up you should post pics as i'm sure your solution will be good.

I was aware of the spacer (as noted in their instruction PDF), which made me suspect that the plate was fairly thin. But it's disappointing to hear that comps will not fit without modification.

I have barbs from both BP and EK. EK's barbs should fit fine, but it's likely that BP's barbs won't work either.

As you can see the thread depth is very similar on both the BP fittings, and is several mm shorter than the EK barb. Since the EK spacer was likely designed to work with EK's barb, it will be too thick for almost everything else without being modified. In fact, it might not work with EK's own comps...
